Here's the honest version of why we built this:
We were both deep in AI — building things, testing things, teaching things — and we kept bouncing ideas off each other because it was genuinely more fun than doing it alone. Kinsey brings the systems and automation brain. Joyce brings the monetization and bot-building brain. Together we just… get further, faster.
And then there's the AI space itself. You've seen it. The guys sitting on Lamborghinis during COVID telling you to start an agency. Now they're back — same energy, different pitch — talking about AI consultancies and building agents like it's a bro-coded gold rush. The ick is real.
We wanted something different. A space that felt like the room you actually want to be in — where women are building real things, sharing what's working, lifting each other up, and nerding out without any of that noise.
We got a glimpse of what that could look like when we co-hosted the Her AI Era Summit — 60+ speakers, 3,500+ attendees, and a room full of women who were clearly hungry for more. Not just a one-time event. Something ongoing. A home base.
So we built it.
